This liner covers the cargo area and up the back of the second seat 60/40 split with console.  car seat anchors are cut out on the back of the second row and seats can move independently.  There are two storage compartments in the cargo area for this vehicle and each is covered by a separate piece so you have easy access to both, as well as still use the middle shelf.
