2022-2026 Mitsubishi Outlander Bumper Flap

The Canvasback Bumper Flap attaches to the edge of your cargo liner (or plastic lip in cargo area) and flaps outside of the back of the car and protects the outside bumper area. This protects from anything you might be throwing in your car like skis & golf clubs, or sharp paw nails that could scratch the back end. It’s also great for keeping your pants clean when sitting on the bumper.

For Standard 2022-2025 Outlanders, this piece connects to the end of the cargo liner by Hook/loop strips that are sewn on the Liner. The Flap will attach right on top of the loop at the end of the Liner. It is easy to take on and off or just flip it back into the car when you are not using it. 

For PHEV and/or 2026+ Outlanders, this piece connects by Hook strips sewn on the Flap that attach to the included Self Adhesive placed on the plastic lip of the vehicle. It does not attach to the cargo liner (as to not interfere with 3rd Row Stowing functions)

It is best to order this Flap when you order the Liner so we can place the loop correctly on your Liner. If you are ordering the Bumper Flap on its own, we will sew loop on the top of the Flap, which allows for the flap to be used with or without a cargo liner. The Bumper Flap will go under the Liner and attach to the carpet in your car. We do not recommend removing the Flap frequently as it will pull at the carpet in the vehicle. The PHEV&/2026+ bumper flap is always a seperate piece.

The Bumper Flaps come in three lengths (18", 20" or 24"). This measurement is from the end of the cargo floor carpeting, over the hatch opening and hangs down outside of the car. Each vehicle is different, so we recommend you measure to ensure you have the desired length.

Special add on options are available (see images). Add elastic to secure your flap quickly and easily when its not in use. Standard orders have the back of the fabric unfinished - make it double sided for a clean look and reinforced flap! Double sided flaps will have a complementary solid backing (i.e. Black Plaid will have black on the back).

*NOTE: To attach the PHEVand/or2026+ Bumper Flap to the plastic, we send out self-adhesive loop strips. Please follow the instructions included in your order to prep and install the strips in your vehicle.
