This liner covers the back of the third seats both in the upright position and forward tumbled position-which makes the cargo area. With this vehicle we need to know if you have power or manual seat controls for the third seat, as well as a bench-style or captains-style second row seat seating.  If manual folding, holes are cut for handle to tumble third seat flat. If power fold, then no handle cuts are made. 

Cuts are made on the back of third seats when upright to allow for the webbing pull strap that brings the seats into the upright position to come through. Also, the headrest pull tab is accessible.
