2008-2021 Lexus LX Headrests

The Headrest covers for the LX cover the leather headrests for the second and/or third seats. This is such a beautiful car, we thought customers would want to keep it that way! The second row headrests have three to a set. They cap over the headrests and have webbing with Hook /loop tabs to attach together to keep the cover on the headrests. The third seat headrests have 2 covers. These headrests are a little bigger than the 2nd row seat. These 2 headrests tilt forward when you lay the seat down and the handle to unlock is cut out and accessible. We have wrapped the fabric around these two covers. Three slits of fabric wrap under the headrests and attach by Hook/loop. Please see photos!
