This liner covers the back of the 3rd seats both in the upright position and forward, tumbled position -- which makes the cargo area. With this vehicle, we need to know if you have power or manual seat controls for the 3rd seat, as well as a bench-style or captains-style 2nd row seat seating.  If manual folding, holes are cut for handle to tumble 3rd seat flat. If power fold, no handle cuts are made. 

Cuts are made on the back of 3rd seats when upright to allow for the webbing pull strap that brings the seats into the upright position to come through. Also, the headrest pull tab is accessible.
