This liner covers the back of the 3rd seats both in the upright and forward tumbled position- separate pieces. With this vehicle we need to know if you have power or manual seat controls for the 3rd seat, as well as a bench style or captains style 2nd seat seating.  If manual folding, holes are cut for handle to tumble 3rd seat flat. If power fold, then no handle cuts are made.  Cuts are made on the back of 3rd seats when upright to allow for the webbing pull strap to come through. NOTE: We also have a one piece liner available for this Explorer. This liner covers over the 3rd seat and goes up the 2nd seat.  You can have the 2nd seat split or with no split so the liner has complete coverage.  This is a great configuration if you have dogs in the back area or haul really messy things.
