This cargo liner covers the cargo area, up the back of the 3rd seat and the back of the 60/40 2nd seat bench.  car seat anchors are cut out on the back of the seats.  The 3rd row will have the latches on the back of each seat cut out to be able to move the seats up and down.

The cargo liner stops at the metal track so that system can still be utilized.  The storage latch is cut out for easy access.  All seats can move independently of each other. There is a bit of uncovered carpet in between the seat belt and the track - a good reason to get the side pieces. 

NOTE:  Regular Velcro hook does not grab the carpet in the car.  We send out self-adhesive loop Velcro to act as good carpeting.  When you apply the loop Velcro, really press firmly into the carpeting of your car so it has a nice stick (it won't hurt the carpet if you pull it up).
